Cancellations:
If you need to cancel an order, please contact customer service within three (3) business days. If the order has already shipped it can't be canceled. Any orders that are not cancelled within the allotted time frame will be charged a 5%-15% restocking fee based on the percent of items picked to the order. Additionally a 3% merchant fee will be applied to all refunds. You may request a store credit instead of a refund for the cancelled items. Store credits will not have restocking or merchant fees.
