Please install your drop-in trigger using the following instructions.
Step 1. Ensure that set screws are fully recessed. (these are not the anti-walk pins, they are the small screws built into the trigger housing.)
Step 2. Place the trigger into the lower with the hammer locked back.
Step 3. Install anti-walk pins through trigger pin holes and fasten the anti-walk pin retention screws.
Step 4. Tighten the set screws using a 1/16th Allen wrench until they feel snug against the trigger shelf. (Failure to do this step may result in unsafe discharge of weapon or malfunctions)
Step 5. Test the trigger's function by dropping the hammer onto your palm or thumb. Then keep the trigger held down while you manually bring the hammer back. It should lock back. Then release the trigger and ensure the hammer resets properly.
Step 6. Test fire the weapon in a controlled environment to ensure the trigger is functioning properly regarding safety, reset, and fire controls.
Tips
If the trigger feels too tight or hard to pull when firing, then loosen the set screws and test the trigger again.
If the trigger has trouble locking back after the trigger resets then tighten the set screws and test the trigger again.
