STATE RESTRICTIONS

Illegal Products: 

If a customer orders a product that is deemed illegal in their city, county, or state, the order will be cancelled, and store credit will be issued. Customers are responsible for knowing the gun laws in their area. Please view the restrictions page here: Shipping Restrictions

 

With laws changing constantly in each state, it is the customer’s responsibility to know the local and state laws of the state they are purchasing products in.  Any order containing an item that is restricted in the shipping state will be canceled and a store credit only shall be issued, please review this page and see what items are restricted in your state. Restrictions apply to the entire state unless specified otherwise.

DEFINITIONS

  • Non Compliant Firearm - Any firearm or upper receiver (depending on state) that violates the Assault Weapons Statutes of that state is considered “Non-Compliant”.
  • “NFA” - Refers to the National Firearms Act, any item that would be subject to that ruling, such as Full-Auto Receivers (this includes burst kits), short barrel rifles, short barrel shotguns, suppressors/silencers, and AOW’s.  
  • "No parts kits, groups, assemblies, etc." Includes Bolt Carrier Groups(BCG's), and any listing titled "Kit" or "Assembly".

California

Effective January 1, 2026, all orders must be processed through a state-licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. This change is in compliance with the new AB 1263 legislation, which requires mandatory identity verification at the point of pickup within the state. For more detailed information on how we will be processing California orders from now on, please see this Blog Post.

  • Only handguns that are on the CA DOJ roster will be shipped; all others will be canceled.
  • All assembled and stripped lower receivers will be shipped as a “full gun” under CA state law and registry (federal designation remains "receiver”) regardless of whether there is a upper receiver.
  • No “Non-Compliant” rifles, pistols firearms will be shipped.
  • No magazines over 10 rounds in capacity
  • No 80% blanks of any kind
  • Muzzle devices will be included with all upper receiver shipments, however, they will remain unattached.
  • No sales of binary triggers (Including Gat Cranks, FRT's, etc.)
  • No sales of “NFA” (National Firearms Act) trigger replacement kits that convert a single round into a full-auto trigger (3-Round Burst Kits, Full-Auto replacement kits).
  • No Out-The-Front (OTF) knives longer than 2" in blade length
  • No suppressors

Colorado

  • No “Non-Compliant” rifles, pistol firearms (AR-15's, AK-47 or other automatic firearm variants, etc.) will be shipped.
  • No magazines over 15 rounds in capacity
  • No 80% blanks
  • No sales of “NFA” (National Firearms Act) trigger replacement kits that convert a single round into a full-auto trigger (ie.  3-Round Burst Kits, Full-Auto replacement kits).  

Boulder County and Vail County additional restrictions

  • No stripped upper receivers
  • No stripped pistol slides
  • No completed upper receivers
  • No completed pistol slides
  • No magazines over 10 rounds in capacity
  • All restricted items above apply 

Denver County/City of Denver additional restrictions.

  • No Firearm parts will be shipped

Connecticut

  • No stripped AR upper receivers
  • No completed AR upper receivers
  • No “Non-Compliant” rifles, pistol or handgun firearms (AR-15's, AK-47  or other automatic firearm variants, etc.) will be shipped.
  • No magazines over 10 rounds in capacity
  • No threaded barrels (AR or Pistol) of any kind
  • No Binary Triggers (includes Gat Cranks, FRT's, etc.)
  • No Pistol Braces
  • No Vertical Forward Grips
  • No Out-The-Front (OTF) knives
  • No 80% blanks
  • No Body Armor 

Delaware

  • No shipments of completed AR style lowers.  AR style uppers are allowed.
  • No shipments of fully assembled AR-15/AK-47 Rifles
  • No shipments of fully assembled AR-15/AK-47 Pistols
  • No Out-The-Front (OTF) knives
  • No Magazines over 17 rounds
  • No Binary Triggers (includes Gat Cranks, FRT's, etc.)
  • No suppressors

Florida

  • No binary triggers (Includes FRT's)
  • No sales of “NFA” (National Firearms Act) trigger replacement kits that convert a single round into a full-auto trigger (3-Round Burst Kits, Full-Auto replacement kits).  

Hawaii

  • No magazines over 10 rounds in capacity
  • No “Non-Compliant” rifles, pistol or handgun firearms (AR-15's, AK-47 or other automatic firearm variants, etc.) will be shipped..
  • No 80% blanks
  • No Out-The-Front (OTF) knives
  • No Binary Triggers (Includes Gat Cranks, FRT's, etc.)
  • No sales of “NFA” (National Firearms Act) trigger replacement kits that convert a single round into a full-auto trigger (3-Round Burst Kits, Full-Auto replacement kits).
  • No suppressors

Illinois

  • No 80% blanks
  • No rifle magazines over 10 round capacity
  • No pistol magazines over 15 round capacity
  • No rifle/pistol kits for AR Platform
  • No braces
  • No threaded barrels (Rifle or Pistol)
  • No AR/AK full guns (Rifle or Pistol)
  • No AR/AK Lower Receivers (completed or stripped)
  • No AR/AK Upper Receivers (completed or stripped)
  • No binary triggers (Includes Gat Cranks, FRT's, etc.)
  • No sales of “NFA” (National Firearms Act) trigger replacement kits that convert a single round into a full-auto trigger (3-Round Burst Kits, Full-Auto replacement kits).
  • No Out-The-Front (OTF) knives
  • No handgun kits with threaded barrels
  • No Serialized product (LEO/Military Exemptions available)
  • No suppressors

Chicago additional restrictions

  • No shipments of any kind to Chicago

Iowa

  • No binary triggers (Includes Gat Cranks)

Maryland

  • Handguns that are on the Maryland Handgun Roster will be shipped; all others will be canceled.
  • No Out-The-Front (OTF) knives
  • No complete or stripped  AR/AK Lower Receivers
  • No “Non-Compliant” firearms will be shipped.
  • No binary triggers (Includes Gat Cranks, FRT's, etc.)
  • No magazines with a capacity larger than 10 rounds
  • No 80% blanks

Massachusetts

  • No 80% blanks
  • No magazines with a capacity more than 10 rounds
  • No Binary Triggers (Includes Gat Cranks, FRT's, etc.)
  • No suppressors

Minnesota

  • No Out-The-Front (OTF) knives
  • No Binary Triggers (including FRT's, Gat Cranks, etc.)

Nevada

  • No 80% lower receivers (We are aware of the current court case regarding AB286 and are updating policy per ruling)
  • No Binary or FRT triggers

New Jersey

  • No Out-The-Front (OTF) knives
  • No 80% blanks
  • No complete AR Upper Receivers
  • No complete AR Lower Receivers
  • No “Non-Compliant” rifle, pistols firearms will be shipped. No magazines with a capacity larger than 10
  • No Binary Triggers (Includes Gat Cranks, FRT's, etc.)
  • No suppressors

New Mexico

  • No Out-The-Front (OTF) knives 

New York

  • No Out-The-Front (OTF) knives
  • No stripped AR Lower Receivers
  • No complete AR Lower Receivers
  • No 80% blanks
  • No body armor
  • No “Non-Compliant” rifle, pistol or handgun firearms will be shipped.  Any firearm that is full-automatic is considered “Non-Compliant”.
  • No binary triggers (Includes Gat Cranks, FRT's, etc.)
  • No magazines greater than 10 rounds in capacity
  • No sales of “NFA” (National Firearms Act) trigger replacement kits that convert a single round into a full-auto trigger (3-Round Burst Kits, Full-Auto replacement kits).

  • No 80%'s blanks

Rhode Island

  • No magazines larger than 10 rounds in capacity

Virginia

  • No OTF knives

Washington State

  • No parts kits

  • No rifle/pistol full build kits
  • No complete uppers
  • No stripped or completed lowers
  • No AR pistol kits
  • No essential kits (Lower Parts Kits, Buffer Tube Kits, etc.)
  • No 80% blanks
  • No threaded pistol or rifle barrels
  • No forward grips (Vertical, Horizontal, Hand stop, etc.)
  • No magazines with more than 10 round capacity
  • No shipments from out of state of complete firearms
  • No Serialized Products (LEO/Military exemptions available)
  • No Binary Triggers (Includes Gat Cranks, FRT's, etc.)

Washington D.C

  • No 80% blanks of any kind
  • No magazines of any kind
  • No binary triggers (Includes Gat Cranks, FRT's, etc.)
  • No sales of “NFA” (National Firearms Act) trigger replacement kits that convert a single round into a full-auto trigger (3-Round Burst Kits, Full-Auto replacement kits).
  • No suppressors 

Puerto Rico and Other U.S. Territories
