Shipping Restrictions & Legal Compliance

Firearm laws change frequently, Customers are responsible for knowing and following all federal, state, county, and local firearm laws BEFORE placing an order. 

Orders Containing Restricted Items

If an order contains an item that is prohibited or restricted in the shipping destination:

• The order will be canceled

• Store credit will be issued

• Refunds will not be provided

Restrictions apply statewide unless otherwise noted.

Locations We Cannot Ship To

The following locations are ineligible for shipment of any kind: 

• Chicago
• Denver
• Non-U.S. territories
• International destinations
• The International Space Station

Definitions

Non-Compliant Firearm
Any firearm or lower receiver (depending on state law) that violates a state's Assault Weapon restrictions.

NFA Items
Items regulated under the National Firearms Act, including:

• Suppressors / silencers
• Short-barreled rifles (SBRs)
• Short-barreled shotguns (SBSs)
• Full-auto receivers or burst-fire components
• Any Other Weapons (AOWs)

“No Parts Kits, Groups, or Assemblies”
Includes:

• Bolt Carrier Groups (BCGs)
• Any product labeled as a “Kit”, "Group" or “Assembly”

Law Enforcement Exemptions

IF YOUR STATE IS NOT LISTED, THERE ARE NO SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

California

Effective January 1, 2026, all orders must be processed through a state-licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. This change is in compliance with the new AB 1263 legislation, which requires mandatory identity verification at the point of pickup within the state. For more detailed information on how we will be processing California orders from now on, please see this Blog Post.

Orders canceled due to the failure to provide a valid FFL will incur a restocking fee of 5%, in addition to the 3% card processing fee mandatory for all refunds. Orders canceled for store credits will not be charged fees.

  • Handguns NOT on the CA DOJ roster 
    (Handguns that are on the Roster will be shipped)
  • All assembled and stripped lower receivers will be shipped as a “full gun” under CA state law and registry (federal designation remains "receiver”) regardless of whether there is a upper receiver
  • All “Non-Compliant” rifles, pistol firearms 
    (AR-15's or other automatic firearm variants, etc.)
  • Trigger replacement kits that convert a single round into a full-auto trigger 
    (3-Round Burst Kits, Full-Auto replacement kits).
  • Full-auto receivers or burst-fire components

• Restricted Parts

  • Muzzle Devices ordered in kits will be included, however, they will remain unattached

  • 80% Blanks

  • Out-The-Front (OTF) knives longer than 2" in blade length

  • Binary triggers (Including Gat Cranks, FRT's, etc.)

  • Magazines over 10 rounds in capacity

Colorado

• Restricted Non-Compliant Firearm and NFA Items

  • All “Non-Compliant” rifles, pistol firearms 
    (AR-15's or other automatic firearm variants, etc.)

  • Trigger replacement kits that convert a single round into a full-auto trigger 
    (ie. 3-Round Burst Kits, Full-Auto replacement kits)
  • Full-auto receivers or burst-fire components

• Restricted Parts

  • 80% Blanks
  • Magazines over 15 rounds in capacity

Boulder County and Vail County additional restrictions

• Restricted Parts
  • Stripped/Completed Upper Receivers
  • Stripped/Completed Pistol Slides

  • Magazines over 10 rounds in capacity

    All restricted items above apply 

Denver County/City of Denver additional restrictions

• No Firearm parts will be shipped

Orders with shipping addresses outside of Denver, Boulder, and Vail county that adhere to the CO restrictions will be shipped.

Connecticut

• Restricted Non-Compliant Firearm and NFA Items

  • All “Non-Compliant” rifles, pistol or handgun firearms 
    (AR-15's or other automatic firearm variants, etc.)

    (AR upper receivers are allowed)
  • Fully assembled AR-15 Rifles
  • Fully assembled AR-15 Pistols
  • Out-The-Front (OTF) knives
  • Binary Triggers (includes Gat Cranks, FRT's, etc.)
  • Magazines over 17 rounds in capacity

Florida

• Restricted NFA Items

  • Trigger replacement kits that convert a single round into a full-auto trigger 
    (ie. 3-Round Burst Kits, Full-Auto replacement kits)

• Restricted Parts

  • Binary Triggers (includes Gat Cranks, FRT's, etc.)

Hawaii

• Restricted Non-Compliant Firearm and NFA Items

What is not restricted?

Individual items that are NOT in kits, groups, or assemblies. 
Example: stripped uppers or stripped slides, an individual unthreaded barrel, etc.
